2. Services Provided

Gravity Bali specializes in villa management, hospitality services, and concierge services in Bali. Through our website, you can explore available villas, learn about property management solutions, and discover additional services for short-term or long-term villa rentals.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All villa bookings must be confirmed either through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or directly with our management.
  • Additionally, payment terms follow OTA policies or direct booking agreements. Moreover, additional services, such as concierge support, are available depending on availability and may require extra costs.
  • Guests must follow each villa’s specific rental agreement and house rules, which you sign online through our channel manager.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies depend on the OTA or direct booking agreement.
  • However, no refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures unless specified otherwise.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must adhere to all responsibilities listed in the rental agreement after booking.
  • Also, they must follow check-in and check-out procedures as instructed by the villa manager.

6. Property Owner Agreements

For property owners partnering with Gravity Bali:

  • We provide a flexible, no-minimum contract with a 3-month notice period for termination by either party.
  • All contractual terms appear clearly in the formal agreement signed by both Gravity Bali and the villa owners.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Guest Safety: Gravity Bali does not take responsibility for accidents, injuries, or lost items during a guest’s stay. Therefore, guests should take precautions, especially near pools and open areas.
  • Concierge Services: Third-party services booked through our concierge, such as transportation, massages, or chefs, depend on availability. Gravity Bali does not assume liability for any issues caused by these providers.
  • Force Majeure: Gravity Bali does not accept liability for cancellations or interruptions caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, and store your data.

9. Modifications to Terms
