OUR JOURNEY

From Investors to Villa Specialists

In 2013, our founders made their first investment in Bali, a charming 3-bedroom villa located in Seminyak. What started as a single purchase soon turned into a deeper connection with the island, leading them to settle permanently in Bali 1995. Living here full-time gave them the insight and experience to understand both the opportunities and challenges of villa ownership.

The Birth of Gravity

How it all began

Recognizing the need for a reliable, transparent, and owner-focused management solution, Gravity was created in 2017. The company began with just a few villas, growing step by step, carefully building a portfolio while never compromising on quality. Unlike large operators chasing numbers, Gravity has always prioritized boutique management by offering tailored solutions and ensuring every villa receives the attention it deserves.
