Gravity Bali was born from our founders’ own experience as villa investors and owners. What started with a single villa investment grew into a deeper understanding of Bali’s property market, hospitality industry, and the challenges that come with managing a successful holiday rental.
Today, that first-hand experience continues to shape how we manage every villa at Gravity.

In 2013, our founders made their first investment in Bali: a charming three-bedroom villa in Seminyak.
What started as a single property soon became a deeper connection with the island. They eventually settled permanently in Bali, gaining first-hand experience of both the opportunities and challenges of owning and operating a villa here.
Managing their own properties gave them a different perspective on villa management. They experienced the importance of reliable teams, effective marketing, careful maintenance, guest satisfaction, and transparent communication with owners.
That experience would later become the foundation of Gravity Bali.

Olivier brings first-hand experience as a Bali property investor and villa owner. His experience managing properties from an owner’s perspective has shaped Gravity’s commitment to protecting investments, improving performance, and building long-term partnerships with villa owners.
Celine brings a strong focus on hospitality, guest experience, and the day-to-day details that make a villa successful. Her approach reflects Gravity’s belief that exceptional property management should combine professional operations with genuine care for every guest and owner.
THE BIRTH OF ZWAARTEKRACHT
In 2017, Gravity was created with a clear goal: to provide villa owners with a more reliable, transparent, and personalised approach to property management.
The company started with just a few villas and grew carefully over time. Rather than focusing on the number of properties under management, Gravity chose to build a selective portfolio where every villa could receive the attention it deserved.
This boutique approach remains central to the company today.
We believe successful villa management in Bali is not about managing as many properties as possible. It is about understanding each property, knowing each owner, and building a team that can deliver consistently high standards.

Each manager is responsible for a limited number of properties, allowing our team to stay closely involved in daily operations and maintain direct relationships with villa owners.
We know the properties we manage, the teams who look after them, and the owners behind them. This personal approach helps us communicate clearly, respond quickly, and make decisions with each property's long-term interests in mind.
