At more established properties like Gravit , you’ll also find concierge support, a villa manager, and sometimes security staff. Housekeeping team
Our housekeeping team takes care of daily villa cleaning, room preparation, fresh towels, and breakfast each morning (upon request, service included, payment of the groceries only). They’re in and out efficiently, leaving your villa spotless, and they genuinely take pride in it. Housekeeping runs daily, with one scheduled day off per week.
Villa manager
Your villa manager oversees check-in and check-out, stays in touch throughout your stay, and is the person to go to for anything you need sorted. Think of them as your go-to person on the ground. Concierge team

Your private pool and villa gardens are maintained two to three times per week, so everything stays looking its best without you ever having to think about it.
Security staff
Selected villas include overnight security, typically during nighttime hours. This varies by property, feel free to ask us about your specific villa when you book.
How We Handle Privacy
Privacy is the whole point of a private villa. And we take that seriously.
Our staff don’t hang around inside your villa all day. They come in when needed, to prepare breakfast (upon request), to clean, maintain the pool.
If you’d like even more control over when staff come and go, just let us know at check-in. We’re happy to work around your schedule. Guests who prefer additional privacy, including ladies wearing hijab, are always welcome to share their preferences with our team and we’ll arrange things accordingly.
For longer stays, we do recommend allowing housekeeping access at least every couple of days for hygiene and maintenance, but we’ll always work with you to find a routine that feels comfortable.
