This Month’s Exclusive partnership
This November, we’re excited to announce the start of a wonderful collaboration with Ginger Moon Group, beginning with their iconic Jackson and Lily’s restaurant, and more to come. A partnership that beautifully blends great hospitality with exceptional culinary experiences.
About Jackson and Lily’s
Jackson Lily’s by Ginger Moon is a vibrant Asian bistro that has become an essential part of Bali’s dining scene. Far from being a replica of its iconic sister, Ginger Moon Canteen, this lively venue offers its own unique culinary experience. Think all day breakfasts (because every day feels like Sunday here), succulent grills, fresh seafood and meats, one meter long pizzas, creative vegetarian dishes, и freshly baked cakes and pastries. The tropical cocktails and craft beers perfectly complement the flavorful menu.
Set across two impressive floors, the restaurant is like a cathedral of cuisine, a place designed for both entertaining and being entertained, where bold flavors и artful presentations take center stage.
What does it mean for our guests : 20% discount up to IDR 200,000 (T&C: not valid in conjunction with other promotions) is offered to Gravity guests.
For group bookings (20+ guests), we offer a 10% commission on the food bill.

Jackson Lily’s is a modern Asian bistro in Bali, created by chef and author Dean Keddell. Since opening in 2018, the restaurant has evolved into a vibrant culinary destination.
After serving as a community kitchen during the pandemic, Jackson Lily’s reopened with a fresh concept, new menus, and a bold look. Guests can enjoy the energy of its stunning open kitchen on the ground floor or dine under the stars on the second-floor balcony.
Each morning, the team handpicks the best seafood from Jimbaran markets — from oysters and lobster to the daily catch. A highlight is the famous “777 Combo,” a spectacular one-meter board of indulgent flavors.
Open from breakfast through dinner, the menu blends East and West: one-meter pizzas, smoky grills, wok dishes, tropical salads, and a 5-star pastry kitchen. The drink list features great-value wines, local beers, tropical cocktails, and refreshing juices.
With warm hospitality led by Ibu Putu Belly Martini, Jackson Lily’s is all about memorable, delicious experiences.

The most important cookbook ever.
This multi-award-winning, 400-page community cookbook has already raised over AU$75,000 to support five Bali charities, with a goal of reaching AU$100,000.
Available at all Ginger Moon Restaurants, Periplus Bookstores, through Flight Centre holiday packages, and globally via Chuffed, each book helps fund vital community programs.
The project is a labor of love spanning years of work, fundraising, and collaboration. Visitors to Bali often request signed copies — and Chef Dean Keddell is always happy to oblige.

We visited Jackson Lilly’s last time we were in Seminyak and couldn’t wait to return.
We had the privilege of doing a cooking class with the very talented chef Indra and his lovely staff. My reason for doing the cooking class was because I had purchased the Your Bali our Bali cook book previously and what to learn more.
