Today, Gravity Bali proudly manages more than 30 luxury villas across Seminyak and Canggu, helping owners achieve higher occupancy, stronger returns, and exceptional guest experiences.

Gravity Bali was founded by experienced property investors who fell in love with Bali and recognised its incredible investment potential.
Before launching Gravity, our founders spent more than a decade buying, operating, and marketing their own villas. This first-hand experience gave them valuable insight into the challenges villa owners face, from pricing and marketing to maintenance and guest satisfaction.
After successfully managing their own portfolio, they realised many owners needed a more transparent, proactive, and results-driven approach to villa management.
That vision became Gravity Bali.
Today, we combine practical experience with local market knowledge to help villa owners protect their investment while maximising long-term rental performance.
