As an owner of a villa managed by Gravity, you are allowed to visit your villa at any time. It is your choice when to visit, and you are not restricted from doing so. However, it is recommended that you inform Gravity in advance of your visit to ensure that the calendar is blocked and that future guests are not refused. 

At Gravity, we provide staffed villas to ensure that our clients have a comfortable and stress-free stay. Our staff includes housekeepers, who are recruited and trained by us to ensure that they meet our high standards of service. The number of housekeepers provided varies depending on the size of the villa. We also work with experienced gardeners and pool maintenance professionals to ensure that your outdoor spaces are well-maintained and always looking their best. To book a villa, you have two options. The first is to visit our website and make a reservation by sending us an email. We will get in touch with you soon after receiving your email. Alternatively, you can also find the villa listed on Airbnb or  other online travel agencies (OTAs) (  and book it through their platform using the provided link. Choose the option that is most convenient for you and we look forward to hosting you!

If you decide to book the villa directly, you can secure your booking by making a payment through transfer or PayPal. On the other hand, if you choose to book through Airbnb or other online travel agencies (OTAs), you will need to follow their booking process which usually involves making a payment through their platform. Whichever booking option you choose, rest assured that we will work to ensure your booking is secure and your stay with us is enjoyable.

We understand that getting to your villa in Bali can be stressful, especially after a long flight. That’s why we offer a hassle-free transfer service from the airport to your villa. While this service is not included in the rental price, we have negotiated the best rates with our trusted transportation providers to ensure that you have a comfortable and reliable journey.

Once you arrive at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. They will then transfer you directly to your villa, taking care of any luggage and making sure that you arrive safely and on time. This way, you can relax and enjoy the start of your Bali vacation without any worries.

If you would like to take advantage of our transfer service, simply let us know your flight details and we’ll take care of the rest. We want to make your stay in our villa in Bali as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we provide housekeeping services throughout your stay, at no extra charge. Our team of experienced and friendly housekeeping staff will be on hand to take care of your every need, ensuring that your villa is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Our housekeeping staff will work for about 7 hours a day, providing a range of services that include cleaning the villa, making the beds, changing linens and towels, and doing laundry. If there is anything else you need during your stay, simply let our housekeeping staff know and they will do their best to accommodate your requests.

Of course, we understand that some guests may prefer not to have housekeeping services during their stay. If that’s the case, please let our staff know and we’ll make sure that they respect your privacy.

In addition, all of our villas come with fully equipped kitchens that you can use to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Our kitchens are stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and appliances to help you create delicious dishes, and our staff can provide advice on where to buy the best local ingredients.
