All bookings depend on availability and confirmation by Gravity or the designated service provider(s). Clients must be 18 years or older to book concierge services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-acbc0d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"acbc0d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Gravity acts only as a facilitator and is not the operator. We recommend reliable vendors, but outcomes or satisfaction cannot be guaranteed. Gravity will not be liable for injuries, delays, service failures, or dissatisfaction related to third-party services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce1877c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ce1877c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19ab02e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19ab02e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gravity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of concierge services, including:<\/p><ul><li>Loss of profits<\/li><li>Personal injuries<\/li><li>Property damage<\/li><li>Business interruptions<\/li><\/ul><p>Clients use concierge services at their own risk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a38550e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a38550e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Cancellations &amp; Fees<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-787fd78 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"787fd78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Cancellation charges apply as follows:<\/p><ul><li>7 days or more before service date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.<\/li><li>Less than 24 hours before service date: 100% of the total amount will be charged.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4342253 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4342253\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. SPA Services \u2013 Additional Terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b7c726 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b7c726\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Spa appointments must start before 8:00 PM. (latest session start).<\/p><p>Late fees apply as follows:<\/p><ul><li>IDR 25,000 for delays of up to 30 minutes<\/li><li>IDR 50,000 for delays of up to 60 minutes<\/li><li>IDR 60,000 full cancellation fee if the therapist has already arrived at the villa<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-386ebce elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"386ebce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Insurance &amp; Guest Responsibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef0153b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef0153b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For special activities (e.g., water sports, trekking, ATV rides), guests must ensure they have valid personal travel and health insurance covering Indonesia, specifically Bali. Gravity and providers do not accept liability for accidents or injuries. Participation is entirely at the guest\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9fda909 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9fda909\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Force Majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dde5615 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dde5615\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gravity is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or unavailability of third-party providers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5d352f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b5d352f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. Abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
