Conciergerie Terms and conditions

Please read these conciergerie terms carefully before using our concierge services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand your responsibilities.

1. Booking & Information Accuracy

Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including:

  • Number of participants
  • Desired service date(s) / time
  • Specific requests or requirements (e.g., dietary needs, allergies)

Most services require a minimum of 2 days’ notice; certain experiences may require up to 7 days. All bookings depend on availability and confirmation by Gravity or the designated service provider(s). Clients must be 18 years or older to book concierge services.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit or prepayment requirements, will be communicated clearly during booking. Additionally, final confirmation of services may be withheld until full or partial payment is received, as applicable.

Failure to pay on time may result in service cancellation without further notice.

3. Health Information & Consent

For health or wellness services (e.g., spa, private chef), Gravity or its providers may request relevant health information, such as allergies or medical conditions. By booking, clients agree to provide accurate information and consent to its use for service delivery purposes.

4. Liability for Loss or Damages

While Gravity and its providers exercise reasonable care, they do not accept liability for:

  • Loss, theft, or misplacement of personal items
  • Negligence or mishandling by third-party vendors

Guests remain responsible for safeguarding their belongings at all times.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer

All activities are provided by independent third-party vendors. Gravity acts only as a facilitator and is not the operator. We recommend reliable vendors, but outcomes or satisfaction cannot be guaranteed. Gravity will not be liable for injuries, delays, service failures, or dissatisfaction related to third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gravity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of concierge services, including:

  • Loss of profits
  • Personal injuries
  • Property damage
  • Business interruptions

Clients use concierge services at their own risk.

7. Cancellations & Fees

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 7 days or more before service date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before service date: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

8. SPA Services – Additional Terms

Spa appointments must start before 8:00 PM. (latest session start).

Late fees apply as follows:

  • IDR 25,000 for delays of up to 30 minutes
  • IDR 50,000 for delays of up to 60 minutes
  • IDR 60,000 full cancellation fee if the therapist has already arrived at the villa

9. Insurance & Guest Responsibility

For special activities (e.g., water sports, trekking, ATV rides), guests must ensure they have valid personal travel and health insurance covering Indonesia, specifically Bali. Gravity and providers do not accept liability for accidents or injuries. Participation is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

10. Force Majeure

Gravity is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or unavailability of third-party providers.

11. Modification of Services

Gravity reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue services at its discretion, especially for safety, quality, or availability reasons. Clients will be informed promptly and offered alternatives.

12. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and providers. Abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Gravity reserves the right to refuse service to anyone compromising staff safety or service quality.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali.
