Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our
concierge services.
By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms
and conditions.
- Please note that customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including the number of guests, desired dates, and any special requirements
- Most of the bookings requires a minimum notice of 2 days in advance, some booking requires a min notice of 1 week in advance
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Service Provider(s).
- Customers must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Payment terms, including deposit requirements, will be communicated during the reservation process.
- Gravity or the Service Provider(s) may need access to personal health information to provide certain services, such as dietary accommodations or certains conditions. The Client agrees to provide accurate and relevant health information to Gravity or the Service Providers for these purposes.
- Liability for Loss or Damages, While service suppliers will exercise reasonable care and diligence in handling Client’s items, Gravity shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of items occurring during the provision of the Services, whether caused by the company, its employees, agents, or third-party vendors. The Client is responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables at all times.

- Please note that all activities recommended by our company are provided by trusted third-party companies with whom we have established good relationships. While we strive to recommend great companies, it is important to understand that our company acts solely as a facilitator and does not have direct control over the activities or their outcomes.We provide suggestions and options for your convenience, but we are not responsible for your personal satisfaction, as satisfaction can be subjective and relative.
- Gravity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with
the provision of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury. - Cancellation Clause: The Client may cancel the services by providing written notice to Gravity. Cancellation fees will be applied based on the following schedule: cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled service date: 50% of the total fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. / Cancellations made 24 hour prior to the scheduled service date, 100% of the total fee will be charged.
